If you were looking to position an observation post to overlook the valley behind the port and towns of Le Treport, Mers-les-Bains, and Eu, you’d probably select this location.
A mixture of local brick and concrete, today it’s difficult to spot the small bunker due to it being heavily overgrown next to agricultural fields but you can see from its site it once commanded an incredible view over the area.
Standing on the hillside near to the Chapelle Saint Laurent, Tre010 looks to have been little more than this single position as nothing else can be found in the area, but it would have been a suitable site for field-based artillery positions too.
