One of the largest gun batteries in the Utah Beach sector, Azeville is an open air museum site wihich features four large casemates and a network of underground tunnels linking personnel shelters and gun positions. There's a multi-language guided tour via headsets which is worth getting as you check in so you can understand what life was like at the batterie during the war years and the part it played during D-Day.
