This small Widerstandsnest is located on the eroded channel between two cliffs with a Vf58 Tobruk standing on the top of the cliffs and a Schnabelstand machine gun and observation post protecting the exit from the beach at the foot of the cliffs.
Both Tobruks are overgrown and at the edge of the cliffs so best avoided while you can get close up to the Schnabelstand and see the range of vision it had over the beach area at Cran d’Escalles.
