Located to the east of the military hospital in the dunes at Zuydcoote are the remains of Stp Bernhard where you can find four concrete personnel buildings and a small defensive emplacement.
The largest of the five structures are the R607 ammunition storage bunker and a R645 kitchen bunker, the latter of which now forms part of the sailing club school facilities.
In front of them are two R668 type six-man shelters – one is a modern observation post.
On the beach to the north east of the shelters is a destroyed open emplacement for a 5cm KwK anti-tank gun.
Today they stand on private farmland but can be viewed form the road running alongside.
